November 9, 1:30 p.m. in the Library Meeting Room. Join skilled card-maker Lori Winters to make a 3D diorama-style card to share some Joy and Peace this upcoming holiday season! These cards use layering techniques to make a unique three dimensional card with a snowy scene and holiday motifs.
