- You may request any item that meets all six of the following qualifications:

To request a Zip Book, complete the Zip Books form below. A staff member will review the request and send you an email update within a week. If your Zip Book request is approved, the item will be shipped directly to you and will be checked out to your Folsom Public Library account for six weeks.
When you are finished with your Zip Book, please return it to the Folsom Public Library front desk and inform staff that you are returning a Zip Book. Zip Books will be added to the Folsom Public Library collection if they meet our collection development needs.
Need more time than the 6-week checkout period? After an item is returned and added to the library’s collection, you can ask staff to place a hold on the item for you. You’ll be first in line!
If you have any questions about Zip Books, please email zipbooks@folsom.ca.us.
